A little info

You can contact us for various reasons, if you have a question on a game, one of the games we play, we would be glad to help you out with questions you may have, you can contact us about joining our clan, or if you are unsure about joining, e-mail us, and we would be glad to tell you about our clan, and answer any questions pertaining to it.

Terms and Conditions

Clicking Submit means you are agreeing to the terms of agreement listed below. Any one who Violates any of these terms will get there membership suspended and or terminated.

1. I am at least 13 years of age.

2. I have a legal copy of Battlefield 2 and or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Installed on my computer.

3. I have an active internet connection, and have a valid email address.

4. I understand that I must show activity on the Pyro Shot Clan Teamspeak
server at least once every one (1) week. If not my account could be
suspended.

5. I will conduct myself with courtesy to all members and staff of Pyro Shot
Clan at all times as specified in the Pyro Shot Clan and obey all commands
from ranks higher then me. If at any time I act or conduct myself in a manner
in which could detrimentally affect Pyro Shot Clan or any of it's staff or
members, I understand that my membership with Pyro Shot Clan can be suspended
and or terminated. (NOTE: Pyro Shot Clan reserves the right to suspend and or
terminate membership to any member for any reason.)

6. I will not provide false information about myself on my Application, or in
the Pyro Shot Clan, or to any other Pyro Shot Clan member at any time. I
understand that if it is found that I have done so, my membership with Pyro
Shot Clan will be terminated.

7. I understand that my Application can be rejected by Pyro Shot Clan for any
reason.

8. I allow Pyro Shot Clan, it's staff members, and members to email me at any
time. This includes general correspondence, policy changes, the Pyro Shot
Clan Monthly Newsletter, events, etc. Pyro Shot Clan does not participate in
any form of SPAM emailing, and will terminate user accounts immediately for
members who violate this rule.

9. I understand I must have a Working Microphone and must download teamspeak

3 in order to be a member of the Pyro Shot Clan

10. Applicants are not allowed to currently be in any other gaming
organizations involving Modern Warefare 2 or Project Reality. (This mean you
may be in other clans that DO NOT involve MW2 or PR)(Depending on your
current department)(ex. Being apart of the FSXFleet is ok becuase they do not
include Project Reality or Modern Warfare 2 in there orginizeation)

11. By joining the Pyro Shot Clan Teamspeak 3 Server I understand that I am
agreeing to all the Terms of Service listed above. I also understand that
these Terms are subject to change without notice, and as such agree to abide
by any changes to the Terms in the future.
